Service Charges

1. Driving Time Charge: $50 per hour, calculated from the starting point at 93455 and includes the roundtrip time, rounded to the nearest 15 minutes.

2. Mileage Charge: $0.60 per mile for a roundtrip from 93455.

3. Setup and Teardown Time Charge: $50 per hour. This includes the time spent setting up and taking down equipment at your event location.

4. Processing fee: 3% of total cost.

For a clear understanding, here is an example for an event requiring 25 chairs in Santa Ynez:

• Chair Rental: 25 chairs at $3.50 each = $87.50

• Driving Time: 75 minutes roundtrip, billed at $50 per hour = $62.50

• Mileage: 75 miles roundtrip at $0.60 per mile = $90

• Setup and Teardown: 30 minutes each, total 1 hour at $50 = $50

Total Cost: $290.00 plus 3% processing fee of $8.70 = $298.70

Additional Information

We understand that organizing an event can be overwhelming, and we aim to make our services as accommodating as possible. We offer flexible payment options and are happy to discuss your specific budget needs to ensure that your event is both memorable and stress-free.

We ask for a non-refundable retainer fee of 25% to reserve your event date. Once the retainer is paid and the date is confirmed, you may start making payments towards the remaining balance. The final payment is required one week prior to the event.
